Ideas - how to help your child with Maths

As a school we follow both written and mental calculation policies for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Our calculation policies have been reviewed in line with the 2014 National Curriculum and Lancashire County Council’s recommendations.


If you have any questions or need clarification about the methods, please do not hesitate to come in and ask. We appreciate that some methods are very different from the way we (parents) may have learnt in school!
